It will take place at the RedHat office at 300 A Street (easily accessible by pubic transport). A second mini-hackfest is tentatively planned be held in conjunction with the LGM meeting in Seville, Spain April 26th through April 30th. Details are still to be worked out. Google may be providing some support for travel to LGM. They are interested in adding Variable Font support to Inkscape. The Inkscape board has discussed funding travel for Inkscape developers to this hackfest up to a limit of half that for the main hackfest.
