You're right we seem to be guy-heavy this year. In past LGM's we've had
more gender balance, and we certainly have a number of strong female
contributors in the Inkscape development community right now, so maybe
it's just random luck this year. But I agree, this is something we
should work to ameliorate both for LGM and also especially for
leadership and representational positions in the project.
