Only Ian is admin in the group, so I can't change it.
Not sure if Ian is on inkscape-devel anymore, please make sure all messages on this topic are CCed to him as well until he saith yea or nay.

It would be useful to change the "inkscape admin" team (bad name choice IMO, it should be "Inkscape Web Admins" or something like that) to Moderated instead of Restricted, so that people who have an interest in this could apply on Launchpad.
