[Inkscape-devel] learning via wiki: preferences

Now I want to add a preference value for the default nudge distance so I can implement absolute-value movements with arrow keys, as planned. I started to figure this out but got stuck. I thought I coule use the wiki to speed this up. So I made a page where I described what I figured out so far:

If anyone could review, fix, and complete that description that would be great. I would learn what I want to learn, and we'll have a documentation resource for developers as a side effect.
