Would you mind asking if it's okay to bring ours? It's just a little Nespresso machine and the coffee pods are commercially sealed so it's not really a heath or safety hazard.

It's just... I really hate bad coffee. Lol ;)
Based on the video, I'm sure Martin is the same with his lettuce water. Probably worth an ask.

Do we have access to a music or stereo system? Are we allowed to have music? I've got two Bose Soundlinks and a google music subscription that will let us choose whatever we would like to listen to as background music. My dual Bluetooth transmitter also means we can place them at opposite ends of the room for an evenly distributed sound, which allows us to keep the volume down below speaking level and still have a pleasant ambiance.

If you would like to put me in touch with the venue I can ask all the questions, and possibly sweet talk them into saying yes to most of our requests. :)

I'm bringing these items for personal use anyway, so it's no trouble to bring more pods for everyone.
