      I think I'm looking for just the list of social media at this point, not 
access to administrative passwords.
Can we complete this list on the wiki?

I wasn't able to find instagram or youtube which seem like a good fit 
for this project.
Who can authorize the creation of a new official social media presence?

Note that a number of services, like Facebook, allow for team
administration so it's not necessary to manage shared credentials for

Please note that it is not recommended practice in social media for only
one person to know the login credentials of any single social media
presence.

My main expertise is in Facebook groups. I co-admin a group with 19,000
people about a TV show. I moderate a group for an iOS developer with
about 70 people in it. I've used social media since the 1990s and I
really enjoy connecting users to each other and to relevant resources
about their interests.
I'd be happy to help organize your efforts. I'm a big fan of documenting
resources.
