As a small improvement, I just added a label saying "Affect:" in front of the buttons. This should be beneficial in several ways: it attracts more attention to the buttons; it visually separates them from the rest of the toolbar; it gives an immediate hint on their purpose - configuring what is and is not affected by Selector tool transformations; and finally it gives these buttons a name ("the Affect buttons") that will make it much easier to explain to users what they need to toggle :)
