[Inkscape-devel] Question about an Issue #168 "Make Issue Responsive..."

I'd like to work on this patch https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape-web/issues/168 and have a few questions.

1. Is this non-responsiveness happening on all pages? 2. Can you direct me to the URL where it's happening? 3. Do we have any screenshots of the issue?
