The Boston Tea Party is one of the defining moments of the American Revolution and is the thing that pops up when thinking about Boston (that and Paul Revere's midnight ride). Also, shipping was the "raison d'être" for Boston's existence. I would vote for one of the ships... but it's not so important that it should keep you up at night or away from your day job!
