From the discussion I think we can conclude:
1. We really don't know what demand to expect but need to prepare for an onslaught in the first month.
2. We should have multiple download options as we don't know which will work well and which won't. We should ask that people link to the our download page rather than to a particular download site. This will allow us to add/remove sites as needed.
