[Inkscape-devel] Bug : [ 1653629 ] 0.45 from source in ubuntu

after building the latest inkscape svn version, the exec I obtained kept crashing. After some tests I solved the problem. Inkscape wasn't able to find the key binding file. I just looked into the bugtracker. This bug was already reported and the bug report was closed. Shouldn't inkscape die in a nicer way than a segfault, with an explicit warning, if the key file cannot be found?
