Noo. I like the way it works now. At any time, you are likely to need to switch between just two of the modes, one of which is outline - and this is what the toggle does now, switching between the most recent non-outline and outline modes. Making it go the full circle will just mean that in most cases you'll need to do an extra keypress and suffer an extra redraw to get to where you want to be.
