[Inkscape-devel] Failed to execute helper program in Windows Builds

Currently in the development builds editing an bitmap externally by right-clicking the image causes inkscape to return the following message:

Failed to execute helper program: (Invalid Argument)

Would it be possible to select gimp.exe itself rather than just gimp? Just calling gimp seems to be something associated with Linux. Scribus exhibits this same behavior, but you can navigate to the helper program itself and then everything works fine.
