I probably wouldn't break those down that way.
SVG Tiny would probably be used by professionals targeting the mobile market.
I'd say the profiles would support things, but that 1.1/1.2 and amateur/professional are orthogonal aspects. I'd easily see professional+1.1 and amateur+1.2, etc.
