Noone is working on this afaik.
I have it on good advice that somebody is, privately, working on this. And even if nothing comes of that, as GO applications collaborate on sharing features it will become an increasingly realistic process to access the required components of AbiWord and Inkscape to achieve this.
Anyway, regardless, there is already Inkview which, although rudimentry, is a nice start and could become much more if somebody is developing it "step by step".
