Hmm... A quick fix would probably be to create a batch file/script that executes perceptualdiff with the necessary options and use that to run the tests. However, I'm not entirely sure what effect this will have on differently sized images for example.
lpe-knot: the reference file seems incorrect, could you have a look at it J-F ? (bottom right, the dark purple path crosses the light purple path without a white spacing)
lpe shapes: bend path on groups is broken. I'll have a look.
