[Inkscape-devel] extension autocompletion on save

I only tested it on Windows but as far as I can tell, if you save a file and don't explicitly type the extension, the file will be saved without one, so instead of "myfile.svg" you only get "myfile" and then the OS doesn't recognize it as an SVG file. It would be nice if the dialog recognized when no extension was typed and would add it to the file name according to the "save as type" combo box.
