Yes, that is the idea. One thing I need to learn first is the format of that file. The svn properties are fetched as ${svn.fieldname}, so I need to know which fields are which.

You need to get the command line svn executable. or edit out the bit in build tool that calls it. I think ishmal was going to make it optional...
Even beter: ishmal was thinking about not using the svn executable, but the .svn/entries file. That would make it universal.
