[Inkscape-devel] ill2svg.pl change

ill2svg.pl now auto-detects the file format (Unix, Mac, or DOS) and performs line ending conversion appropriately. This makes the -l cmdline option unnecessary, and thus it has been removed. Let me know if this causes any compatibility issues.
