[Inkscape-devel] object properties

Hi all, maybe I miss some of the conversations, just to clarify: what is the meaning of the properties in the dialog: -ID: used as XML ID to identify the object in the three, highly used in inkscape -Label: used as inkscape:label for more userfriendly design -Title: -Description:

As Title and Description are disabled in the dialog, will they be used later ??? Is there a difference between title and label?

And when I open the dialog ID comes as 'rect1011', label comes as '#rect1011', then I just press update properties and the label becomes invalid ???? probably not a feature ! There is something wrong with the first character '#' .
