I thought we had seen problems with SVK. Hadn't heard about bzr-svn problems. It does make quite a bit of sense that DVCS -> VCS would be a lossy operation. Another reason to switch.
We had some problems with the way that SVK does things as well. But, that wasn't the issue that Bulia was referring to :)
I was able to work with the bzr-svn developers to get the necessary fixes in so that it would import the Inkscape repository even with the SVK-isms in it.
