One more thing that needs to be fixed: the dock steals F8 disabling the Text tool shortcut. I don't think we need any shortcut for activating the dock at all; most dialogs have their own shortcuts which bring them up in the dock. But maybe we should add a shortcut for iconifying the entire dock when that function is implemented.
