suv is working on that. She has reviewed the theme. There are couple of fixed to be done. Once it is OK, I think we can just put it straight into packaging directory, since this theme itself is just few KB.

I think good compromise would be to put a note on the website, that there’re no new stable builds, but there are experimental builds here with improved integration and link there trunk builds and maybe to some recent screenshots. Or maybe put some news about working being done here by you.
At least this will give an impression that OSX platform is still somehow maintained.
Another issue is Mac developer ID, which app has to be signed in order to not be blocked upon first run. Does Inkscape project have Mac developer ID?
