[Inkscape-devel] What code should I look at to port parsing/viewing SVGs to another language?

I’m trying to use this app SVG parse and view code as a model to create an SVG viewer module for a cross-platform language I use. Exactly which source code files do I need to look at? Are there any underlying assumptions or dependencies I need to be aware of?
