[Inkscape-devel] Repeated tasks:

Is there any plugin which will help me achieve repeated tasks?

Like: There are 52 files, with exact same layers and all same objects (except top layer).

Is there a way to change color of object in lowest layer (for all 52 files) Or delete all objects of a layer and replace them with objects present in same layer of file 1.

In case it doesn't exist, how can one look forward to developing such a plugin? Is it feasible? and most importantly do others feel the need or its just me because I am doing a exception case task which will rarely occur?

Also as a question, in case such a feature doesn't exist, has anyone else faced a similar problem and wished to eliminate such repeated tasks?
