[Inkscape-devel] Please update Release Notes for Inkscape 0.45

One of our most important documents for the release is our Release Notes. Please take a moment to review and ensure that they reflect any noteworthy work you've done for this release:

In particular, we need info added to that page for the following:

* [color markers to match stroke - acspike]

* [axonometric grid]

* [new Help commands]

* [sculpt profiles - bbyak]

* [new toolbar: squeezable, expansion menu, right-click menus - joncruz]

* [union of a single object - acspike]

Please edit the wiki page to add info to explain the above changes.

Also be sure we have adequately accounted for all "Known Issues" (see the end of the release notes for the list.)
