Here is the file open dialog again, with a default preview SVG image, for when a preview cannot be displayed:

That is what I meant by the "Preview not available" drawing.
It would be nice if someone were to replace this (imho) unattractive placeholder I made, with something simple (small SVG code), elegant, and understated. Something like the Gimp dialog, only nicer.
The only constraint is that the words are a single text string that can be localized.
Any volunteers?
