[Inkscape-devel] wiki spam and no chat

Sorry if this is something already widely known. I just came across some spam on wiki.inkscape.org. For example, see http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/InkscapeTerminology and lots of other edits by the same user, http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&targ...

First, how does one disable a spammer's account on the wiki?

Second, I tried to ask this over IRC or something, but neither inkscape on freenode nor inkscape on conference.gristle.org would come up for me. Gristle didn't like my jabber requests either.
