I mean no disrespect but what does this have to do with windows
packaging? Your e-mails on this list tend to be shorts top replies,
not always very understandable, thrown in quite randomly. I think you
would be read more carefully and your point would be better
understood if you took a little more time to write your e-mails, to
insert your answers to specific questions in the body of the text or
to start new threads when appropriate.
Maybe I am not the best person to say this to you but I thought it
was necessary. I am not a native english speaker so please excuse me
if my words are not correctly chosen, I hope my point is clear
nonetheless.

You're spot on. I don't speak English natively... my native language is "EspaƱol". I'm not offended by your e-mail, it's needed "cold fresh water"...
What I was trying to say is that I am a volunteer for Interface Design of the Mac OS X and GNU/Linux "InkScape Trees". For consistency I'm a volunteer for Interface Design of Windows... although I don't plan to use Windows on my machines/computers "natively", just as Virtualized OS (using either VMware or Parallels).
I have half the cost of an iMac 17" and a machine with Ubuntu Linux, the idea is to have 2 machines: one for production (Macintosh with Windows virtualized) and one for experimentation (Linux and/or BSD). This machines can be used to test 4 trees of Inkscape's interface (Macintosh, BSD, Linux, Windows) amd general bugs.
The other part of the e-mail was to thank all developers of Inkscape.
