[Inkscape-devel] Window title not consistent

When you open a document, the window title shows the filename exclusively, e.g. 'foo.svg' When you save a document, the window title shows the full path of the file, e.g. '/bar/foo.svg' I find this behaviour rather confusing and would suggest a more consistent window title.
