Hi,
I've added today to the CVS a first part for the Inkscape Manual. To files : one for french : inkscapeUTFfr.xml one in poor english : inkscapeUTFen.xml These are first tests. We should take some time on this to improve our method.
at least : English should be improved. If informations have to be changed, or if there are errors, please keep me informed to update the versions (may be should add a 'wish/error' list to the wiki).
