RE: [Inkscape-devel] Big Files

1. More import plugins.

This is a function of the program's visibility and perceived usefulness in the community. Plugins are more often created by contributors than by core developers. Help spread the word.

2. A progressbar while opening files.

Please submit an RFE on that.

3. Speed up the file loading.

This will hopefully come as a side effect of cleaning up and rearchitecturing the codebase which will make possible optimizations more obvious.
