The best way to submit it is as a merge request in gitlab (if you don't know how to, a short tutorial can be found here: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/gitlab-basics/add-merge-request.html Basically, fork the project in gitlab to create a personal clone, then create a branch with your proposed changes, and create a merge request to have it reviewed and merged into master.)
