[Inkscape-devel] Updated lcms in devlibs

I just updated lcms in devlibs, with a bit of luck solving this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/453931 If anyone developing on Windows who has experience using lcms could test, that would be great. (Although I expect no big problems, I stuck to lcms 1.)
