[Inkscape-devel] rest of the icons

Thanks to Kees and Bulia (and micelf) and others, we have almost put in place all current menu icons. We need however 3 more. After these are completed, then we can move on to replacing XPM icons in the interface.

The following need to be created:

File ==== * Open Recent

Edit ==== * Paste in Place * Paste Style

The menu items that do not need icons because they are getting replaced:

Dialogs ======= * Item Properties * Tool Options
