Does Samuel mean on the Staging site?? If so I believe I may need editor permissions as well please.
Also the staging site (http://staging.inkscape.org/en/) show an error page at the moment.

Yes, but we haven't decided how we're gonna structure this. Once a basic outline is approved, we can start writing, otherwise, we might end up duplicating the effort.
