[Inkscape-devel] Fix for Bug #423326 (Untranslated file types)

Hi,

I've attached a patch (tested on Vista and XP) to the following bug report.

It fixes some gettext calls in the win32 open/import dialog (i18n fix only). The strings are already translated (they are shared with the linux/mac dialog) and the fix doesn't require an inkscape.pot rebuild. :)

It's a low priority bug, but since it affects the UI it would be nice to have it fixed in 0.47.
