Can anyone help review and provide feedback for patches on the following bugs:

I'd like to move on to the UI changes that might be necessary for the doc title (Bug 209199). It would really help to get the above patches in first.

Rob and I have been trying to contribute some patches for Inkscape bugs related to title/desc and accessibility on behalf of the W3C's SVG Interest Group. The list of bugs we're interested are at:

I'm sure you're busy, but if you could take a look at the patches that have been submitted and give us your feedback [or commit them! :) ] that would be fantastic. I think Rob has another patch for Bug 238113 that solves a couple more cases. Hopefully he'll be able to submit it some time this week.

After these get fixed, I will be working on some ideas for Bug 209199. Copying Jon on this as I think he might have some ideas in the UI direction for it.
