I like this plan, it sorts out a lot of the multitudes we have in the
wiki satisfactorly.

It could also be a inkscape-community Git*b project with really lax
rules for committing. There we get to lean on Git*b for spam control
and user account management and can also elevate users to other
permissions if they'd like to edit other things.
