there seems to be a problem with the updating process on the windows nightly
builds. I just downloaded Inkscape19750-0808250930.7z and found that the
time stamp on the .exe file is :
08/21/2008  10:38 PM        14,791,680 inkscape.exe

this is exactly the same .exe file as what I got from
Inkscape19743-0808220239.7z, the files are not being updated from one rev to
the next.
