[Inkscape-devel] Select file to save to defaults to UPPERCASE

For some strange reason, the first time I go to save new SVGs, Inkscape defaults to UPPERCASE file names. It's like my Caps Lock key is working opposite of how it's supposed to.

Specs:

* Inkscape 0.48 * Windows 7
