Given that project is still open, I assume that the proposal didn't go forward for some reason. I was wondering if anyone had further information as to why.
If I remember right, I don't think we had enough GSoC slots for it at the time :( I had a set of mentors lined up for it, if there's a good proposal I'd hunt them down again and twist their arms to help out :)
