[Inkscape-devel] Filter General Settings

Hi,

"Filter General Settings" now allows setting "coordinates" and "dimensions". However, it's not quite clear what the unit again is. Percents? Should we probably make those less cryptic by adding help messages popping up on hovering mouse above widgets?

P.S. Are we adding such help messages to filter primitive options?
