[Inkscape-devel] Feature proposal to src/extension/internal/grid.cpp

Dear devs,

because of the lack of the feature, that gids can be created just in px-units, I patched (from my pov) a nice feature into "src/extension/internal/grid.cpp".

My question regarding this feature on stackexchange [1] has some pretty high interest. You'll find the patch attached to this e-mail and a brief documentation to this feature here [2].

Would be nice to see something like this (or similar) in the near feature.
