OK, that's great to know... do you happen to know the bug ID? In the meantime, maybe its worth adding a note to the SF project page that the file repo there is superseded by our own download page.
Once the download URL is fixed, we can let downstream maintainers to update their links.

We put a lot of effort into moving away from Sourceforge because of their new owners and practices. Website and Fastly caching were all set up so we could host the files ourselves.
There is a bug report open for the regex-able download url. It shouldn't be hard and the work Jabier and Maren have put into the Releases objects will make it easier (if not down right trivial).
