No it isn't, indeed. Mine is longer: "F:\Programmi\Grafica\Inkscape\trunk". But devlibs is under "C:\devlibs" which is very short. Maybe this helps? Next time I'm going to take a look to the log to see how long is the linker command line and let you know.
