I've added two items to the wiki.
1.) Under "User Interface Discussion," I added: "Help Menu." I laid out how the menu is currently, how it could possibly be changed to look, and also possible additions to it, to make it a "real" help menu.
2.) "Similar Application" after the "External Links" button. I went out on a limb and decided that we need screenshots of other apps functional parts. I guesss under these app pages, people could also list any feature(s) they really like as an abstract attempt to sway developers to add that functionality to Inkscape. Please post any screenshots, or links to screenshots, or links in general to other vector apps on the appropriate page (or make another one).
I would like to help out with the help as soon as I can. I'm about done adding all these bugs to the bug tracker from sodi, and then after that, I would like to look into being the major player in helping with the help menu. I'm still green on OSS development, but helping in this way seems most plausible to get my feet wet.
