[Inkscape-devel] Paper size or orientation are not used when printing, fixed

The patch submitted in https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/166678 (comment 32) fixes the bug (just remove the extra parenthesis in print..cpp in the patch). Could someone commit it?
