I made some additions to the roadmap
1. Improved the "evaluate PDF export" item with link to earlier mailing list discussion about PDF export for printing industry, I think that is what it boils down to in the end.
2. Added item about mailing list archive should be available under inkscape.org. -- Christoffer Holmstedt

This feature provides easier access to alignment functions, so it's something completely unrelated to my point 5.
This thing I have in mind would make it easier to e.g. "spread out" objects without changing their relative distances from each other. For example if you have some circles arranged in a pattern, this feature would allow you to:
- resize the pattern of circles without resizing the circles themselves.
- resize every circle by the same amount without resizing the pattern.
