I tried out this tool, and I have some difficulties. This is the revision 15303.

Maybe it is not working? I dont see any 3d like object, and looks like the rectangle tool is activated. (so if I drag something it has the rectangle tool cursor and I draw a recangle, but as soon as I finish drawing the rectangle disappear, and only the two handles rest on the canvas.)
I highly doubt this is works...
Any idea?
